Responsibilities:

• Handling check in and check out of the guests.
• Keep up to date with current pricing and promotions and to provide information to the guest, while maximizing bed sales opportunities.
• Handling emails from the guest.
• Handling administration.
• Provide report as required for housekeeper and management.

Requirements:

• Male/ Female
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Maximum 28 years old.
• Fluent English.
• Computer literate.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
